On Monday, three masked men set fire to four ambulances belonging to Hatzola, a Jewish emergency medical service, in London. An Iran-linked group called Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiyya (Hayi), literally “The Islamic Movement of the Companions of the Right,” took responsibility for the attack, and British officials appear to be taking the claim seriously. Kyle Orton suggests this group should be seen as but another of Tehran’s terrorist proxies:
