To Fight Anti-Semitism, Use the Full Force of the Law against Even Minor Incidents

A broken-windows approach.

First developed in the 1980s by the social scientists James Q. Wilson and George Kelling, the “broken-windows” theory of policing suggests that by cracking down on minor infractions such as vandalism or fare-evasion on the subways, cities can deter more serious crimes.
