As conventional warfare winds down, economic warfare is past due.

Yemen appears to be emerging as the central theater of the fight between Israel and Iran in part because Hizballah and Syria have collapsed. But there is no doubt that Hizballah, and Hamas, are trying to rebuild their capabilities, and the former has an intercontinental network of criminal enterprises for that purpose.
