Israel’s Gaza Dilemma Won’t Go Away

And it could threaten Jerusalem-Washington relations.

On Tuesday, incendiary balloons launched from the Gaza Strip started two forest fires. Over the past fifteen months, fires caused by balloons and other makeshift devices have destroyed thousands of acres of farms, forests, and wildlife reserves.
